Procedure to Prepare Amaranthus with Raw
Banana Curry:
Step 1: Take a raw
banana and piece them edges with knife randomly surface using fork brush some
oil on its outer surface and cook directly on burner and cooked completely.
Step 3: Peel off the
skin completely mash them with your fingers and prepare a powder.
Step 4: Heat oil in
a medium vessel and add cumin, mustard and green chilli fry it for 1 minute.
Step 5: Now add
chopped amaranthus and required quantity of salt cook it for about 5 minutes in
medium heat.
Step 6: Add prepared
raw banana powder, coriander powder, dry chilli, roasted dal powder, grated
coconut and red chilli powder then mix it well together all ingredients fry it
for about 15 minutes.
Step 7: Raw aroma
off these ingredients goes off after than switch off the flame.
Step 8: Remove it to
the bowl and Amaranthus with raw banana curry is ready to serve. Before serving
add lemon juice and mix well.
