Procedure to Prepare Rice Flour Payasam:

Rice Flour Payasam IngredientsStep 1: Firstly wash and soak the rice for 3 hours.

Step 2: Take a mixer add soaked rice and grated coconut grind it well together and prepare a thick and smooth paste.

Step 3: Heat ghee in a pan add cashew nuts and almond fry till it gets golden brown then transfer it into a bowl and set aside.

Step 4: In the same pan pour milk boil it for about 15 minutes on a low to medium flame.

Rice Flour Payasam RecipeStep 5: And add prepared paste to the boiled milk and mix it very well and continuously stirring it for avoid the lumps and sauté it for about 5 minutes normal flame.

Step 6: Now add the grated jaggery, cardamom powder and pour ghee mix in between for every 2 to 3 minutes and add fried cashew nuts almond mix very well and cook it for the payasam became thick and till the nice payasam aroma rises then switch off the flame.  
    
Step 7: Try and serve this Rice flour payasam recipe.
