Procedure to Prepare Lady Finger and
Tomato Curry or Okra and Tomato Curry Recipe:
Step 1: Wash and chop the
onion, green chilli and tomato into small size and also chop the lady finger into
medium size and set aside in a plate.
Step 2: Take a vessel pour oil add chopped lady finger fry it well in medium flame
for 4 to 5 minutes then transfer the fried lady finger or okra pieces into a
bowl and keep aside.
Step 3: In the same vessel add chopped onion, green chilli and add ginger garlic
paste, fry it in medium flame till it
gets golden brown then add chopped tomato pieces and cook them for about 5
minutes in normal flame.
Step 4: Now add fried lady finger pieces and add black pepper powder, cinnamon
powder, add red chilli powder and add required amount of salt to taste and mix
it very well together and cook it for about 2 minutes.
Step 5: Finally add vegetable stock and pour some water and mix well everything
together and cook it for about 10 minutes in medium flame finally add grated
coriander and turn off the heat.
Step 6: Try and serve this lady finger or okra tomato curry food recipe. Enjoy
this recipe with plain steamed rice.
