Procedure to Make Coriander Stew or Coriander Tangy Gravy Recipe:

Coriander (daniyalu) Pulusu or Coriander Stew IngredientsStep 1: Firstly wash and chop the onion and green chilli into lengthy and set aside and wash the ginger and remove the skin from the ginger piece and chop it into medium size pieces and set aside.

Step 2 : Take a mixer add chopped onion pieces, ginger, garlic cloves, cumin seeds and add coriander seeds grind these ingredients together well and prepare a thick and smooth paste by adding very little amount of water and remove it to a bowl and set aside.

Coriander (daniyalu) Pulusu or Coriander StewStep 3: Take a vessel pour oil heat it for about 5 seconds in normal flame and add prepared paste and chopped green chilli fry it well till the raw aroma goes off.

Step 4: In the same vessel add red chilli powder and add required quantity of salt mix it very well everything together and fry it for 5 minutes.

Step 5: Now add them tamarind pulp and water as required mix well and bringing to boil and place the lid and cook it for about 10 minutes until the stew become thickens finally add chopped coriander.

Step 6: Try and serve this tasty and tangy south Indian coriander stew food recipe. Enjoy this recipe taste along with boiled rice.
