Procedure to Prepare
Semolina Dosa Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly wash the onion and green chilli well and then chop them into small
size and set aside into a plate.
Step 2: Take a large bowl add semolina rava, add fresh curd, and add chopped
onion, green chilli, grated coriander and add cumin seeds mix it very well
together everything and add small amount of water to it and make a fine and
thick batter.
Step 3: Now add required quantity of salt to the prepared batter and mix it very
well till the salt completely melts in the batter then leave it for 1 hour.
Step 4: Heat a nonstick pan for 1 minute in normal heat then rub it with a drop of
oil now pour prepared batter and apply around shape then pour oil around the dose
and also pour some drops of oil in top of the dosa and flip and fry it for both
sides till the dosa become crisp and it turns into golden brown then transfer
the fried dosa into a plate and set aside.
