Way to Prepare Raw Jackfruit Curry:
Step 1: Firstly clean
and Wash the chopped jackfruit.
Step 2: Take a
cooker pour water; add chopped and cleaned jackfruit pieces and salt per taste cover
the cooker pan with lid cook it for 3 whistles. Keep it aside until the
pressure goes off.
Step 3: When pressure off then remove the lid and
drain the excess water.
Step 4: Take a pan pour
oil; add Cumin, Mustard, Cinnamon stick, Cardamom and Clove fry it for 1 minute
in normal heat.
Step 5: Now add chopped
onions and green chilli fry till it turns the golden brown color and add boiled
jackfruit pieces sauté it in medium flame.
Step 6: Add red
chili powder and tamarind pulp mix well together all ingredients cook it 15
minutes in low to normal flame.
Step 7: After that
add 1 cup of water, coriander powder and required quantity of salt cook it 5
minutes till the oil separates out of the curry when it is done switch off the
flame.
Step 8: Try and serve
this yummy raw jackfruit curry. Serve this recipe along with cooked rice.
