Way to Prepare Pomfret Fish Fry: 

Pomfret Fish Fry IngredientsStep 1: Firstly clean and wash fish drain the water and slits in each fish this is to make absorb gravy.

Step 2: Now take a bowl add turmeric powder, salt and cleaned fish set aside. And chop the onions and tomatoes then keep aside.

Step 3: Take a grinder add ginger, garlic cloves, green chilli, chopped coriander, onion, tomatoes and cashew nuts grind these ingredients together and prepare a thick and smooth paste.

Pomfret Fish Fry RecipeStep 4: Transfer the Prepared paste into a bowl now add red chilli powder and salt as per taste to the paste then blend it very well together.

Step 5: Take your fish pieces to made deep slashes over it spread the masala deep into the slashes as well apply it all over the fish marinate it for about 1 hour.

Step 6: Heat oil in a tawa and put the marinated fish pieces in a hot tawa flip the both sides and fry until it turn’s dark brown color.    
  
Step 7: Try and serve this recipe hot. Enjoy the Pomfret fish fry taste.
