Procedure to Prepare Mushroom Pakoda:

Mushroom Pakoda IngredientsStep 1: Firstly clean and wash the mushrooms. And set aside.

Step 2: Take a bowl add Maida, corn flour, baking soda, red chilli powder and salt as per taste.

Step 3: Mix all the items well and make it into a smooth paste by adding some water.

Step 4: Drop the Mushrooms into the paste and again roll it on bread crumbs powder.

Step 5: Take a heavy bottomed vessel and add oil for deep frying drop the mushroom pakoda into the hot oil fry it both sides until it gets golden color. 

Step 6: Serve this tasty mushroom pakoda recipe along with tomato ketchup.
