Procedure to prepare Gooseberry with Pumpkin Halwa:
Step 1: Firstly wash gooseberry and drain the water cut into medium size and
remove the seeds in gooseberry.
Step 2: Peel the pumpkin and grate it.
Step 4: Take vessel pour ghee add cashew nuts fry till it gets golden brown color transfer it into a plate then
add goose berry paste in the same vessel fry it 5 minutes in medium flame.
Step 5: Add grated pumpkin fry it 5 minutes and add grated coconut mix it well together
and fry it until the raw aroma of these ingredients goes off.
Step 6: Now add milk mix it in between for every 2 to 3 minutes and cover with a
shallow plate.
Step 7: Finally add grated jaggery, cardamom powder and fried cashew nuts mix well
and cook it for about 5 minutes it becomes thick gravy when it is done switch
off the flame.
Step 8: Take a plate and grease it with some ghee and pour the prepared halwa in
that plate and add some fried cashew nuts in top of the halwa. Serve this tasty
