Corn Fried Rice

Ingredients:

Corn Fried Rice Ingredients·         Basmati rice – 3 cps
·         Onion (small) – 1
·         green chilli – 2 
·         Black pepper powder – 1/2 tablespoon
·         Coriander powder – 2 tablespoons
·         Clove – 3
·         Garam masala – 2 tablespoons
·         Ghee as required
·         Soya sauce – 2 tablespoons
·         Cumin powder – 1 tablespoon
·         Salt to taste
·         Corn kernels (boiled) – 3 cups
·         Water as needed

Procedure to Prepare Corn Fried Rice:


Corn Fried Rice RecipeFirstly: wash and soak the basmati rice for 20 minutes drain the water and keep aside.

Secondly: take a pan add the soaked basmati rice and pour water then cook on a low to medium flame cook the rice without the lid cooked rice can be separated.

Thirdly: take frying pan pour ghee and add chopped onions and green chili fry it for 1 minute then add clove, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper and soya sauce fry it for 2 minutes in medium flame.

Now: add corn kernels and garam masala mix it well all ingredients together then cook it for 1 minute.

Finally: add boiled basmati rice salt as required mix it well and sauté it for 15 minutes after that switch off the flame.

Serve this healthy and delicious corn kernels fried rice.
