Procedure to Prepare Prawns Gravy
Curry:
Step 1 : Firstly clean and wash the prawns drain the excess water and keep it in a cleaned
bowl add 1 tablespoon garam masala, red chilli powder and salt mix it well and marinate
it for about 20 minutes.
Step 2: Chop onions and tomatoes in medium size and finely slit the green chilli
and set aside.
Step 3: Take a vessel pour oil; add garam masala, curry leaves fry it 1 minute and
add chopped onions and green chilli fry until it gets golden brown color.
Step 4: Add chopped tomatoes fry it 10 minutes in medium heat until the raw aroma
goes off.
Step 5: Add marinated prawns, required quantity of salt, red chili powder add
coriander powder mix it very well and cook it for about 15 minutes.
Step 6: Now add them 2 cups water add chopped coriander cook it for 5 minutes.
Step 7: Finally add tamarind pulp cook it and cover with a shallow plate.
Step 8: Mix well and cook till the curry becomes thick gravy after that switch off
the flame.
