Directions to
Make Carissa Carandas Pulihora Recipe or Carissa Carandad Rice Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly take a bowl place the boiled rice in a plate and add one
tablespoon of the oil to the rice and mix well and set aside then wash and chop
the Carissa carandas and discard the seeds from it and set aside in a plate.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan add chopped Carissa carandas fry it for 15 minutes then
switch off the flame and remove them to the plate and set aside.
For seasoning:
Step 3: In the same pan pour some oil add Turmeric powder, Green chili, Bengal
gram, Black gram, Mustard seeds, Ground nuts, few Curry leaves and add dry chilli
fry it for about 3 minutes in medium heat.
Step 4 : Take a bowl add boiled rice and add fired Carissa carandas and add
seasoning ingredients to that mixture and add required amount of salt as per
taste and mix it very well everything together and carissa carandas pulihora or Carissa
carandas rice recipe is ready to serve.
Step 5: Try and serve this Carissa caranadas pulihora food recipe along with potato
masala curry.
