Procedure to Prepare Bread Sandwich:
Step 1: Firstly wash
the potatoes, carrot and beans well and chop them into medium size pieces then
take a vessel pour water, add potatoes, carrot and beans boil it for about 20
minutes then drain the excess water and allow it to cool and set aside.
Step 2: Remove the
boiled potato peel and chop them into small size pieces and also chop the
boiled carrot and beans into small size.
Step 3 : Take a bowl
add chopped potato mash a bit add chopped carrot, beans, add cumin seeds powder
and add required quantity of salt mix it very well and prepare thick and fine
paste.
Step 4: Take a mixer add mint leaves, green chilli,
coriander and add required amount of salt as per taste grind it well prepare
thick paste by adding very little amount of water.
Step 6: A generous
coating of butter does not allow the bread to become soggy when you apply the
mint paste
Step 7: Spread the
mint paste on all the bread slices
Step 8: Place the
potato, carrot and beans mixture and sprinkle some garam masala on them and cover
the sandwich with the remaining bread slices
Step 9: Take a tawa grease
drop of oil on the hot tawa add drop the prepared sandwich fry it both sides
well and it gets golden brown color.
Step 10: Do this to remaining
sandwich in the same way.
Step 11: Try and serve this simple and easy bread
sandwich recipe.
