Way to prepare Cucumber Seeds Powder:
Step 1: Firstly wash
and wipe the cucumber seeds and set aside.
Step 2: Heat a pan
add cucumber seeds fry it for 3 to 5 minutes in medium to low flame till the
raw aroma of cucumber seeds goes off then switch off the flame and transfer the
fried cucumber seeds into a wide plate and allow it to cool.
Step 3: In the same
pan add coriander seeds fry roast in medium heat then remove it to the plate and
set aside.
Step 4: In the same
pan add cumin seeds, black gram and dry chilli fry it for 4 minutes in low
flame until it gets golden brown color then transfer them to a plate and set
aside.
Step 5: Once all
fried ingredients become cool then pound them very well together and make a
fine powder then add garlic cloves and required quantity of the rock salt and
again pound the prepared powder till get the fine powder then transfer the
prepared cucumber seeds powder into an airtight glass jar and preserve it for 2
to 3 weeks.
