Way to Prepare Oats Dosa Recipe:

Step 1: Take a bowl pore water and add black gram and rice soak it all overnight in the early morning drain the water and wash it one time and drain the excess water in it and set aside. Now wash and chop the onion and green chilli into medium size and set aside.

Oats Dosa Recipe IngredientsStep 2: Take a mixer add soaked black gram and rice grind it very well and
make a thick and smooth paste by adding little amount of water to it then transfer the prepared batter into a bowl and set aside.

Step 3 : Now take a heavy bottomed bowl add oats and
add prepared paste, add chopped onions, green chili and add cumin seeds and add required amount of salt as per taste and mix it very well together and leave it aside for 1 hour.

Oats Dosa RecipeStep 4: Heat a nonstick pan for 1 minute in normal heat and rub it with a drop of oil now pour prepared batter apply the batter around shape and pour some oil around dose and top of the dosa flip and fry it both sides till the dosa turns into golden brown then fold the dosa and transfer it to a serving plate.

Step 5: Try and serve this oats dosa recipe along with coconut chutney or tomato chutney. Enjoy the taste of this south Indian oats dosa food recipe.
