Instructions to prepare Mint with
Mutton Curry:
Step 1: Firstly
clean and wash mutton set aside and chop the onions, green chilli and tomatoes
in medium size and separates the mint leaves from steams and set aside.
Step 2: Take a
pressure cooker pour water, mutton, ginger garlic paste and add pinch of salt
mix it very well close the cooker pan with the lid cook it for about 5 whistles.
Set it aside till the steam goes off.
Step 3: Take a
grinder add Cinnamon stick, cardamom stick and clove prepare a powder. Set
aside.
Step 4: Heat oil in a
pan add mint leaves fry it 10 minutes remove it to the bowl and cool it.
Step 5: Take mixer
add mint leaves and grind it well and prepare smooth paste.
Step 6: Take a
vessel pour oil add prepared powder fry it 1 minute and add chopped onions
green chili fry till it gets the golden brown color.
Step 7: Add tomato
pieces and ginger garlic paste fry until the raw aroma of these ingredients
goes off.
Step 8: Now add cooked
mutton, coriander powder, garam Masala, red chilli powder and required quantity
of salt mix in between for every 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 9: Finally add
mint paste mix it very well and add them some water and add chopped coriander
mix well till the curry becomes thick grave after that switch off the heat.
Step 10: Try and serve this tasty recipe along with Steamed
rice or fried rice, roti or paratha.
