Directions to Prepare Kadi Pakodi Recipe:

Kadi Pakodi Recipe IngredientsStep 1: Firstly wash and soak green gram for all over the night in the early morning drain the excess water from green gram and set aside. Take a mixer and ginger garlic pieces, soaked green gram and green chilli grind it very well together and prepare thick paste transfer the prepared paste into a bowl and set aside.

Step 2: In the same jar add bottle gourd, add boiled potatoes and add required amount of salt as per taste mix well and prepare thick paste.

Kadi Pakodi RecipeStep 3: Now take a large bowl add prepared bottle gourd and potato paste and add prepared green grams paste mix them very well together and make a round lemon size balls with that mixture.

Step 4: Take a vessel pour oil for deep frying and heat it for about one minute then drop the lemon size balls fry it both sides till it gets golden brown then remove them to a plate and set aside.

Step 5: Take a large bowl pour curd and add Bengal gram flour blend it very well and pour some water and add pinch of salt mix well everything and set aside.

Step 6: Heat oil in a pan add Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Turmeric powder, Fenugreek seeds, few curry leaves and dry chilli fry it for 1 minute. Meanwhile take a mixer add ginger piece, garlic cloves and green chilli grind them very well and prepare fine paste and set aside.

Step 7: In the same pan pour curd mixture and add ginger garlic and green chili paste cook it for about 5 minutes.

Step 8: Finally add fried balls mix well and add grated coriander mix well and cook it for about 1 minute after that turn off the heat.

Step 9: Try and serve this delicious south Indian kadi pakodi food recipe. Enjoy this recipe along with hot steamed rice or chapathi.
