Procedure to Prepare
Paneer Butter Masala Curry Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly wash and soak the cashew nuts in water for 30 minutes then take
mixer add soaked cashew nuts and pour very little amount of water grind it very
well and prepare smooth paste then transfer the prepared paste into a bowl and set
aside.
Step 2: Wash the ginger, green chilli and tomato well and remove the ginger skin
and chop them into medium size pieces and set aside. Take a mixer add ginger,
garlic cloves and add chopped tomato and grind it very well and prepare fine
and smooth paste then transfer the paste into a bowl and set aside.
Step 3: Take a vessel pour oil and add onion paste fry it for about 5 minutes in
medium heat till the raw aroma goes off.
Step 4: Now add chopped green chilli, prepared paste, add cashew nuts paste, add
coriander powder, gram masala and red chilli powder mix very well and allow it
to cook.
Step 5 : Add milk and add required quantity of salt, pour water mix well cook it for
about 2 minutes add paneer pieces finally add grated coriander cook it for
about 1 minute after that turn off the heat.
