Procedure to Prepare Egg Rice Balls:

Step 1: Take a large bowl add boiled rice, salt to taste, chopped coriander and grated cheese mix well and prepare a round balls set aside.

Step 2: Take a bowl break the eggs and blend it well set aside and roll these balls in Maida then dip them in egg mixture again roll it on bread crumbs powder.

Egg Rice Balls RecipeStep 3: Take a heavy bottomed vessel and add oil for deep frying drop the egg rice balls into the hot oil fry both sides till it gets golden color.

Step 4: Drain on kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil in egg balls serve with tomato sauce.
