Procedure
to Prepare Egg Rice Balls:
Step 1: Take a large bowl add boiled rice, salt to taste, chopped coriander and grated
cheese mix well and prepare a round balls set aside.
Step 2: Take a bowl break the eggs and blend it well set aside and roll these balls in Maida then dip them in egg mixture
again roll it on bread crumbs powder.
Step 3: Take a heavy bottomed vessel and
add oil for deep frying drop the egg rice balls into the hot oil fry both sides
till it gets golden color.
Step 4: Drain on kitchen paper to
absorb the excess oil in egg balls serve with tomato sauce.
