Procedure to Prepare Prawns Fry:

Prawns Fry IngredientsStep 1: Firstly clean the prawns and wash them with curd. And chop the onions and green chilli set aside.

Step 2: Take a bowl add red chilli powder, coriander powder, chicken masala, salt as per taste, turmeric powder and prawns mix well together and marinate it for about 30 minutes then set side. 

Prawns Fry RecipeStep 3: Take a pan pour oil add chopped onions and green chilli fry till it gets the golden brown.

Step 4: Now add ginger garlic paste fry until the raw aroma goes off.

Step 5: And add marinated prawns and required amount of salt mix well cook it 10 minutes.  

Step 6: Finally add chopped coriander sauté it for about 1 minute in medium flame then switch off the flame.  

Step 7: Try and Serve this prawn’s fry recipe with steamed rice and sambar or rasam.
