Instructions to prepare Potato Curry:

Potato Curry IngredientsStep 1: Firstly peel the potatoes and chop onions, peeled potatoes and tomatoes finely slit green chilli and set aside.

Step 2: Take a pan pour oil; add chopped onions, green chilli and turmeric powder fry it for about 1 minute.

Step 3: Add ginger garlic paste fry it for 1 minute and add chopped tomatoes fry until the raw aroma of these ingredients goes off.

Step 4: Now add chopped potatoes, required quantity of salt and red chilli powder covered it with a lid cook on medium heat in 5 minutes.

Step 5: Finally add chopped coriander and pour water sauté it for 5 minutes after that turn off the heat.   

Step 6: Serve when it is hot and along with rice or chapathi.
