Procedure to Prepare
Cashew Nut with Capsicum Curry:
Step 2: Take a bowl add cashew nuts, poppy seeds and pour water then soak it for about
2 hours and set aside.
Step 3: Take a mixer add soaked cashew nuts, poppy seeds, grated coconut and add
garlic cloves grind these ingredients very well and prepare thick paste then
set aside.

Step 5: And add chopped capsicum, red chilli powder and required quantity off salt
mix it well sauté it in low flame.
Step 6: Now add the prepared paste mix very well cook it for about 2 minutes till
the raw aroma goes off and pour milk.
Step 7: And add chopped coriander cook it for about 5 minutes or more till the
gravy thickens and see specks of oil on the top the curry.

along with steamed rice or roti or paratha.
