Procedure to Prepare Khoa Gingili Seeds Sweet:

Step 1: Heat ghee in a pan add cashew nuts, almond and pistachio fry it well for 2 minutes in normal flame and set aside in the same pan add some ghee and add khoa fry it well till it gets golden brown color then remove them to a bowl and set aside.

Step 2: Take another pan add gingili seeds fry it for 1 minute in medium heat then set aside and cool it.

Step 3: Take a mixer add fried gingili seeds grind it very well and prepare fine powder then keep aside.

Step 4: Take a vessel pour water add sugar powder mix very well together and boil it in a medium flame and make it to a thick liquid keep aside.
