Procedure to Prepare Khoa Gingili
Seeds Sweet:
Step 1: Heat ghee in
a pan add cashew nuts, almond and pistachio fry it well for 2 minutes in normal
flame and set aside in the same pan add some ghee and add khoa fry it well till
it gets golden brown color then remove them to a bowl and set aside.
Step 2: Take another
pan add gingili seeds fry it for 1 minute in medium heat then set aside and
cool it.
Step 3: Take a mixer
add fried gingili seeds grind it very well and prepare fine powder then keep
aside.
Step 4: Take a
vessel pour water add sugar powder mix very well together and boil it in a medium
flame and make it to a thick liquid keep aside.
Step 5: Take a large
bowl add fried khoa, gingili powder, saffron, pistachio, cashew nuts, almonds,
cardamom powder and sugar liquid mix it very well together and take one to two
tablespoons of the mixture in your hands and grease drop off ghee to your hands
palms and make it to round shape balls continue until all laddoos are made.
