Procedure to Prepare Corn Flour
Halwa:
Step 1: Take a bowl
add corn flour and add water mix well and no lumps are formed. And take a pan
add ghee and cashew nuts fry it for 2 minutes when it turns golden brown color
then transfer them to a boil and set aside.
Step 2: Take a heavy
bottomed vessel add sugar and water heat till the sugar is melted then add few
drops of lemon juice.
Step 3: In the same
add a little corn flour mixture and stir continuously when it boils add a
little corn flour mixture again continue the same process until all the corn
flour mixture is used up.
Step 4: In the same
pan add cardamom powder, pinch of food color and fried cashew nuts and add them
some ghee mix it very well and allow it to cooking in medium flame.
Step 5: Until gets
thick consistency.
Step 6: Greasing a
bit of ghee on the plate and add prepared halwa cool it for about 1 minute and cut
into equal size diamond shaped pieces. Store it in an airtight container store
it for 3 days and serve this delicious recipe in your snack time and add this
sweet in your lunch and make it a
wonderful lunch with corn flour halwa food recipe.
