Procedure to Prepare Red Gram Powder:
Step 1: Heat a pan
add red gram fry it in low to medium flame for 5 to 8 minutes till it become
crisp and nice aroma of the red gram rises then switch off the heat and
transfer the prepared red gram into a medium size plate and allow it to cool.
Step 2: In the same
pan dry fry the coriander seeds, black gram, cumin seeds and dry chilli for 4
to 6 minutes in medium flame once it become roast then switch off the flame and
remove the friend ingredients into a dry plate and keep aside
Step 3: Cool the all
fried ingredients.
Step 4: Once all the
roasted ingredients become cool then take a mixer add red gram, coriander seeds,
cumin seeds, black gram, dry chili, garlic pods and add salt as per taste mix very
well together and make a fine and smooth powder.
Step 5: Transfer the
prepared red gram powder into a glass container no need to refrigerate it you can
use whenever need and must scope the powder with dry spoon. Don’t use wet spoon
because it will leads to spoil the powder.
Step 6: Try and serve
this delicious red gram powder recipe along with hot cooked rice or idly or
dosa.
