Procedure to Prepare
Dosa Recipe:
Step 1: Wash and soak urad dal and rice overnight in the early morning drain the
water and wash it one time drain the water and set aside. And wash the onion
and green chilli and chop them into small size and set aside in a plate. And
also mince the cashew nuts well and transfer it into a bowl and set aside.
Step 2: Take a mixer
add soaked urad dal and rice grind it very well and make a fine and thick
batter by adding some water then transfer the prepared batter into a clean and
dry bowl and keep aside.
Step 3: Take a large
bowl add prepared urad dal and rice mixture and add required quantity of salt mix
them very well together and keep aside for 3 hours.
Step 4 : Heat a
nonstick pan for 1 minute in normal flame and rub it with a drop off oil now
pour prepared batter apply around shape pour oil around dose and apply mined
onion, green chilli, cashew nuts and grated carrot on top of the dosa and flip
and fry it both sides till the dosa gets golden brown then transfer the
prepared dosa into a serving plate.
Step 5: Try and serve
this simple dosa recipe hot along with coconut chutney.
