Procedure to Prepare Egg Stew or Egg Pulusu Recipe:

Step 1: Firstly wash and chop the onion, green chilli and tomato in

to small size and set aside in a plate.

Step 2: Take a vessel pour water drop the eggs and boil it for 15 minutes in medium flame then switch off the flame and allow it to cool, when the eggs becomes warm or cool down then crack the shell and discard them.

Egg Pulusu RecipeStep 3: Take a vessel and pour oil add pinch of turmeric powder and add boiled eggs fry it both side till it turn to golden color then remove the fried eggs into a plate and set aside.

Step 4: In the same pan add chopped onions and green chili fry it well till it turns into golden brown then add chopped tomato pieces mix well and fry it for about 5 minutes.

Step 5: Now add fired eggs and add red chili powder, add coriander powder and add required amount of salt to taste and mix it very well and cook it for about 2 minutes.

Step 6: Pour them water cook it for 1 minute add tamarind pulp finally add chopped coriander mix well close it with the lid and reduce heat till the rawness of the tamarind disappears and bring to boil until the stew is thickens then turn off the heat.

Step 7: Try and serve this tasty egg stew or egg pulusu food recipe.
