Procedure to Prepare Mutton Keema Bajjilu:

Step 1: Firstly clean and wash the mutton keema and set aside and chop 4 green chilies into medium sizes and slit the green chilies in the middle and remove the chilli crowns then set aside.

Mutton Keema Bajjilu IngredientsStep 2: Take a presser cooker add keema, pour water, add 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste and add salt as per taste then close the cooker pan with the cooker lid cook it for about 5 whistles set aside till the pressure goes off.

Step 3: Transfer the keema into a bowl and drain the excess water completely then keep aside.

Step 4: Take a large bowl add Bengal gram powder, salt to taste mix it well and prepare a smooth paste by adding some water then set aside.

Mutton Keema Bajjilu Step 5: Heat oil in a pan add chopped green chilli, ginger garlic paste, coriander seeds powder, cumin seeds powder, cardamom powder and add salt as per taste mix very well and fry until the raw aroma of these ingredients goes off.

Step 6: And add boiled mutton keema, chopped coriander, red chilli powder and cheese mix in between for every 1 to 2 minutes then it well cooked heat off.

Step 7: Take a vessel pour oil add slit green chilli stir fry it for 1 minute and remove them to a plate set aside.

Step 8: Now take one green chilli gently open the slit using your fingers and fill in the stuffing mixture. Stuff all the chilies with the same process.

Step 9: Take the stuffed green chilli drop them into a smooth Bengal gram paste.

Step 10: Take a heavy bottomed vessel pour oil for deep frying drop the stuffed green chilli  into the hot oil fry it both sides till it gets golden color and crispy transfer them on to a kitchen tissue paper.

Step 11: Try this mutton keema bajjillu food recipe and serve hot along with tomato sauce or green chutney.

Instructions to prepare Mint with Mutton Curry:

Step 1: Firstly clean and wash mutton set aside and chop the onions, green chilli and tomatoes in medium size and separates the mint leaves from steams and set aside.

Mint with Mutton Curry IngredientsStep 2: Take a pressure cooker pour water, mutton, ginger garlic paste and add pinch of salt mix it very well close the cooker pan with the lid cook it for about 5 whistles. Set it aside till the steam goes off.

Step 3: Take a grinder add Cinnamon stick, cardamom stick and clove prepare a powder. Set aside.

Step 4: Heat oil in a pan add mint leaves fry it 10 minutes remove it to the bowl and cool it.

Step 5: Take mixer add mint leaves and grind it well and prepare smooth paste.

Step 6: Take a vessel pour oil add prepared powder fry it 1 minute and add chopped onions green chili fry till it gets the golden brown color.

Step 8: Now add cooked mutton, coriander powder, garam Masala, red chilli powder and required quantity of salt mix in between for every 1 to 2 minutes.

Step 9: Finally add mint paste mix it very well and add them some water and add chopped coriander mix well till the curry becomes thick grave after that switch off the heat.

Step 10:   Try and serve this tasty recipe along with Steamed rice or fried rice, roti or paratha.
