Way to Prepare Dry Fruits Burelu:

Dry Fruits Burelu IngredientsStep 1: Firstly take a bowl to soak the rice and black gram in water overnight drain the water.  Wash it one time in the morning.

Step 2: Take a mixer add soak rice and black gram blend it well and make a thick paste set aside now take another cleaned mixer jar add cashew nuts and almond in that jar grind it well and make a fine powder set aside.

Step 3: Take a pan add grated jaggery and pour some water boil it for about 2 minutes in medium flame then add grated coconut, cardamom powder, cashew nuts and almond powder mix well together and cook it in medium flam for it become thick batter. Then allow it to cool. 

Dry Fruits Burelu RecipeStep 4: Once it cool down the prepare small lemon sized balls keep aside after that drop the lemon size balls in prepared thick black gram batter.

Step 5: Take a heavy bottomed vessel and add oil for deep frying drop the dry fruits burelu into the hot oil fry it both sides till it gets golden color.

Step 6: Drain this burelu into absorbent paper. Try and serve this dry fruits burelu food recipe.
