Instructions to Prepare Fenugreek
Leaves with Chickpeas Curry:
Step 1: Firstly
clean the fenugreek leaves and wash it well and drain the excess water and chop
them into small size.
Step 3: Drain the
water completely form the chickpea in the morning.
Step 4: Take a mixer
add chickpeas, turmeric powder and water grind it well and prepare a thick paste
then remove it to the bowl and set aside.
Step 5 : Take a pan
pour oil add prepared paste fry it 5 minutes in medium heat after that switch
off the flame set aside.
Step 6 : Take a
vessel pour oil add mustard, dry chilli, cumin, black gram and few curry leaves
fry it for 1 minutes and add ginger garlic paste fry until the aroma goes off.
Step 7: Add chopped
fenugreek leaves fry it for 5 minutes and add fried chickpeas paste and salt as
per taste and red chilli powder mix it very well together and sauté it for 10
minutes in medium flame.
Step 8: Now add some
water mix well close it with a lid cook covered on medium heat.
Step 9: Curry
becomes thick grave and till the oil separates out of the curry. After that
switch of the flame.
Step 10: Try and serve
this recipe hot with steamed rice or roti or paratha.
