Procedure to Prepare Special Rice
Flour Payasam:
Step 1: Take a pan
pour ghee add dry fruits fry it in medium flame until it turns golden brown
color.
Step 2: Now take a large
bowl add rice flour, pour one cup of water and one cup of milk mix well it for
about 15 minutes then set aside.
Step 3: Take a
vessel pour milk and boil it for about 5 minutes in medium flame then add
prepare rice flour batter and stirring it continuously for avoid the lumps and cook
it till the aroma goes off.
Step 4: Add sugar
and fried dry fruits sauté it the sugar would start melting and continue to
cook on allow flame.
Step 5: Pour it in a
glass and add pinch of saffron in top and add few drops of rose water mix it well
with spoon or fork and keep it in a refrigerator for about 1 hour.
