Procedure to Prepare White Brinjal Curry:
Step 1: Firstly chop
the brinjal in medium size. Chop the onions and green chilli set aside.
Step 2: Take a bowl add
chopped brinjals and add them salt water to prevent discoloring.
Step 3: Take a mixer
add chopped onion, green chilli, coconut piece and clove grind it well and
prepare thick paste. Transfer it into a bowl and keep aside.
Step 4: Heat oil in
a medium vessel add pinch of turmeric powder, brinjal pieces and required
quantity of salt sauté it in medium heat.
Step 5: Then add
prepared paste fry in medium flame until the raw aroma goes off.
Step 6: Now add chopped
coriander and red chilli powder cook it 1 minute in low flame.
Step 7: Add water sauté
on a medium flame for another 10 minutes after that switch off the flame.
Step 8: Try and serve
this food recipe along with steamed rice.
