Procedure to prepare Broad Beans
Curry:
Step 1: Firstly string
the beans, wash and cut it into medium size set aside. And slit the green
chillies.
Step 2: Take a pan
pour oil add chopped onions and green chilli fry it for 1 minute in medium
flame.
Step 4: Now add
chopped and washed broad beans mix it well and close with lid and cook on
medium heat.
Step 5: Finally add chopped
coriander and water cook it for about 10 minutes in medium flame till the oil
separates out of the curry after that switch off the flame.
Step 6: Try and serve
this easy recipe with cooked rice or roties.
