Method to prepare Papaya Masala
Curry:
Step 2: Take a
vessel add turmeric powder, chopped papaya chunks and pour water boil it 15
minutes till the papaya become cooked. Drain the excess water and set aside.
Step 3: Take a mixer
add grated coconut, gingili seeds, cashew nuts and garlic cloves grind it well and
make a thick paste.
Step 4: Heat oil in
a pan add mustard, green chilli, cumin, curry leaves and dry chilli fry it 1
minute in low to medium flame.
Step 5: Finally add boiled
papaya sauté it 5 minutes and add prepared paste and required quantity of salt cook
it 5 minutes till the raw aroma goes off when it is done switch off the flame.
Step 6: Serve this recipe when it is
hot along with steamed rice.
