Procedure to Prepare Bottle Gourd
Milk Curry:
Step 1: Firstly peel
the bottle gourd chop into small size chunks and also slit the green chilli set
aside.
Step 2: Take a pan
pour the oil; add green chili, dry chilli, garlic cloves, Bengal gram, mustard,
cumin and curry leaves fry it 1 minute medium flame.
Step 3: Add chopped
bottle gourd chunks and required quantity of salt sauté it 10 minutes in normal
flame.
Step 4: Add red chili powder cook it 5 minutes medium
flame.
Step 5: Now add milk
mix well cook it 10 minutes till just the milk is boil and the oil separates off
the curry.
Step 6: When it is
done switch off the flame.
Step 7: Serve this
tasty easy food recipe along with steamed rice.
