Procedure to Prepare Pop Corn Vadalu:
Step 1: Firstly take
a bowl pour boiled water and add pop corns soak it in boiled water for about 1
minute then squeeze the pop corn and drain the excess water completely.
Step 2: Take another
bowl add ginger garlic paste, coriander seeds powder, rice flour, chopped
onions, green chilli, chopped coriander,
curry leaves, baking soda, pop corns, add some oil drops and salt as per taste.
Step 3: Mix all the
items well and make it into a smooth paste by adding some water.
Step 4: Heat oil in
a heavy bottomed vessel for deep frying.
Step 5: Wet your
hands with water take a batter into lemon sized balls and press the ball make a
hole in the center of the vada. Set
aside make the all the vadalu like this till the batter is completed.
Step 6: Slowly drop
the vadalu into the hot oil and fry it both sides on medium flame till it turns
the golden brown color.
Step 7: Drain the
fried vadalu into absorbent paper for absorbs the excess oil on the vadalu.
Step 8: Try and serve
this pop corn vadalu food recipe along with tomato ketchup.
