Procedure to Make Chicken Bajji Recipe:

Step 1: Firstly clean and wash the chicken well and drain the excess water then take bowl add chicken and add coriander powder mix well together and add required amount of salt to it then marinate it for about 1 hour.

Chicken Bajji IngredientsStep 2: Take bowl add Maida, add red chilli powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, required quantity of salt and pour some water mix very well together and prepare fine and smooth paste.

Step 3: Crack the eggs into a mixture bowl add pinch of salt and add garam masala whisk it very well together with a fork and keep aside.

Step 4: Take another bowl with bread powder and add pinch of salt mix it very well and keep aside.

Chicken BajjiStep 5: Now take a large vessel add marinated chicken and add prepared maida flour mixture mix very well together and marinate it for about 30 minutes then dip the marinated chicken into the eggs mixture then roll it on bread crumbs also do this for remaining pieces.

Step 6: Take a vessel pour oil for deep fry heat the for 3 to 4 minutes then slowly drop the prepared chicken pieces into hot oil and fry it well it gets golden brown  then drain the fried chicken pieces into a absorbent kitchen paper.

Step 7: Try and serve this tasty and spicy chicken bajji recipe along with tomato ketch up.
