Procedure to Prepare Cauliflower
Masala Curry Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly
soak cauliflower in hot turmeric water for about 10 minutes and then remove them
bowl and drain the excess water.
Step 2: Wash
onions, green chilli and tomatoes and chop them into small size and set aside
in a plate.
Step 3: Take
a mixer add coconut pieces and cashew nuts grind it very well by adding very
little amount of water and make a fine and thick paste.
Step 4 : Heat
oil in a wok add cauliflower florets and add coriander powder mix it very well
everything together and fry it for about 10 minutes till they start getting
golden brown spots then remove them into a plate and keep aside and allow it to
cool.
Step 5: In
the same pan add chopped onions and green chilli fry it for about 5 minutes in
medium heat.
Step 6: Now
add chopped tomato piece and add ginger garlic paste and mix it very well and
close the lid and cook it for about 5 minutes.
Step 7 : Add
then add prepared cashew nuts and coconut paste fry it for few minutes till the
raw aroma goes off then add coriander powder, red chilli powder and add
required amount of salt as per taste and mix well and cook it for about 2
minutes in normal flame.
Step 8: Pour
curd and add fried cauliflower mix well and cook it for about 5 minutes.
Step 9 : Pour
water mix well and add grated coriander cover the vessel with lid and cook on a
medium heat for 10 minutes while stirring bring to boil and let is simmer and
you see specks of oil on the top of the gravy and it is ticked then turn off
the heat.
Step 10: Try and serve this cauliflower
masala curry food recipe. Enjoy this recipe
taste with chapathi, poori, pulkha
and also plain steamed rice.
