Method to
Prepare Garlic Rice Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly crushed garlic cloves well and set aside in a bowl. Take a large
vessel add boiled rice and add one tablespoon off oil and mix it very well and
set aside.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan add crushed garlic clove fry it for about 2 minutes in
medium heat.
Step 3: Add dry chilli, cashew nuts, peanuts and add few curry leaves fry it for
about 2 minutes in normal flame and add garam masala powder stir them once and
fry it in low flame.
Step 4: Now add the boiled rice and add required quantity of salt.
Step 5: And mix every 2 to 3 minutes and grated coriander and allow it to cook.
Step 6: Rice is cooked after that switch off the flame.
Step 7: Try and serve this healthy and tasty garlic rice food recipe. Enjoy this
recipe taste along with mushroom or potao masala curry.
