Procedure to Prepare Motichoor Laddo / Ladoo Recipe:

Motichoor Laddo / Ladoo Recipe IngredientsStep 1: Take a bowl add Bengal gram flour, pinch of salt and pour water little by little and prepared smooth paste to consistency.

Step 2 : Heat oil in a vessel take a large spoon of the gram flour batter and pour it on perforated spoon press with the other spoon so that the batter fall down from the perforation in to the hot oil fry it well.

Step 3: Take out of oil immediately otherwise it might get crispy use strainer of both to remove excess oil from boondi.

Step 4: Take a vessel pour water add sugar mix well the sugar solution getting cooked add cardamom powder turn off the heat and add muskmelon seeds stir it once.

Step 5: Remove the prepared boondi using slotted spoon drain thoroughly and put into the sugar syrup then add ghee mix well everything together soak it for about 20 minutes.

Step 6: Apply generous amount of ghee in your hand and make a balls with the boondi mixture.

Step 7: Allow it dry for few minutes then store the prepared laddo into an airtight glass container.

Step 8:  Try and enjoy this south Indian delicious and famous Motichoor laddo or ladoo sweet recipe.
