Procedure to Prepare
Pumpkin with Raw Mango Curry Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly wash the Pumpkin piece, Mango, Onion, Green chili and Tomato and
chop the onion, green chilli and tomato into small size and set aside peel off
the pumpkin piece and mango and discard the seeds from pumpkin piece and chop
them into medium size pieces and set aside.
Step 2: Take a vessel pour oil add chopped onion and green chilli fry it well in
medium heat till it gets golden brown.
Step 3: Add coriander powder, cumin seeds powder and add tomato pieces cook it for
about 5 minutes.
Step 4: Now add pumpkin pieces mix well everything together and allow it to cook till
the pumpkin is completely cooked.
Step 5 : And add chopped mango pieces mix well cook it for about 2 minutes and add
red chilli powder, salt as per taste, add water and add grated coriander cook
it for about 5 minutes till the gravy becomes thick and you see specks of oil
on the top of the curry.
Step 6: Try and serve this variety pumpkin with mango curry recipe. Enjoy this
recipe along with hot steamed rice.
