Method to Make Egg Biscuits Recipe:

Step 1: Firstly break the egg in a large bowl and whisk it very well.

Egg Biscuits RecipeStep 3: Now add slowly add the maida flour and stir it very well with wooden spoon till the flour completely mixes with the egg mixture then add pinch of cardamom powder, butter and add pinch of baking soda and mix them well everything together.

Step 4: Knead it very well and make soft and pliable dough. 

Step 5: Now take the huge proration of dough and make thick and flat round shaped roties then cut them into desired shaped and set aside in a plate.

Step 6: Now take a heavy bottomed vessel and pour oil for deep frying heat it for 3 minutes in normal flame then drop the prepared biscuits in the hot oil and fry it both side till it turns the golden brown color and it become crisp then drain the fried biscuits into a absorbent paper once the biscuits completely absorbs the oil then store them in an airtight glass container.
