Way to Make Rasagulla Recipe:

Rasagulla Recipe IngredientsStep 1: Take a vessel pour milk boil it in medium flame when the milk is rapidly boiling about to spill over and add one tablespoon of lemon juice gradually and keep stirring gently then turn off the heat.

Step 2: Strain the milk by using a muslin cloth and close all the side and tightly hold the mouth and turn the mouth with anti clockwise direction and press the packet well and get the thick milk mixture then transfer the milk mixture into a bowl and set aside.

Step 3: Make sure there is no water left in the milk mixture then take the milk mixture into a bowl and knead it well and prepare a smooth milk mixture dough the you proceed to make divide the milk mixture dough into 10 equal portions.

Step 4: And make them into small balls and keep aside.

Step 5: Take a large vessel add sugar pour water mix well and bring to a boil while stirring occasionally so that the sugar dissolves completely.

Step 6: Drop the prepared milk mixture balls into the sugar syrup and cover and steam add cardamom powder mix well cook it in medium heat.

Step 7: Cover lid and cook for around 10 minutes on a medium flame stir every 3 minutes to ensure even cooking and puffing balls has increased to almost double

Step 8: Remove them to bowl add pinch of saffron now ready to serve the Rasagulla recipe. Enjoy this yummy and delicious Rasagulla recipe.
