Procedure to Prepare Fish Fry with Maida Flour Recipe:

Fish Fry with Maida Flour Recipe IngredientsStep 1: Firstly clean and wash the fish pieces with rock salt water and drain the water set aside in a plate. Wash the onion, green chilli, ginger and coriander well and chop them into small size and set aside.

Fish Fry with Maida Flour RecipeStep 2: Take a mixer add chopped onion, green chilli, ginger and coriander mix it very well and prepare fine and smooth paste then transfer the prepared paste into a bowl and set aside.

Step 3: Take a bowl break the egg and add maida blend it very well and add prepared paste, pinch of turmeric powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and required quantity of salt mix well everything together and drop the fish pieces in the mixture and marinate it for about 30 minutes. 

Step 4: Take a heavy bottomed vessel and add oil for deep frying drop the marinated fish pieces into the hot oil fry it both sides till it gets golden color.

Step 5: Remove them to plate and allow it to cool then pour lemon juice garnish with coriander.
