Instructions to prepare Bottle Gourd
Balls Curry:
Step 1: Firstly peel
and grate the bottle gourd. Keep aside
Step 2: Take a bowl
add Maida flour, grated bottle gourd and rice flour mix it well and add some
water then prepare thick and smooth dough to make small round balls with
prepared dough.
Step 3: Take a heavy bottomed vessel add oil for deep frying, drop the prepared
bottle gourd balls into the hot oil fry it both
sides until it gets golden brown color drain the balls in a plate then Keep it aside.
Step 4: Take a pan pour oil; add chopped green chilli, onion paste fry it till it
turn golden brown then add ginger garlic paste and cumin fry it until the raw
aroma of these ingredients goes off.
Step 5: Now add cashew nuts paste, groundnuts paste, red chilli powder and required
quantity of salt then sauté it for about 10 minutes in low to normal heat.
Step 6: Mix in between for every 2 to 3 minutes then add 3 cups of water to them
and mix it well.
Step 7: Now add the prepared frying balls and chopped coriander sauté it for about
15 minutes in medium heat.
Step 8: Observe the Oil separates out of the curry it is done so switch off the
flame.
Step 9: Try and serve this tasty south Indian food bottle Gourd balls curry recipe
along with cooked rice, pulka, paratha or roti.
