Way to prepare Bengal Gram with
Bitter Gourd:
Step 1: Firstly chop
the bitter gourd in medium size pieces and soak the Bengal gram about 30 minutes.
Step 2: Take a pan
pour water, add chopped bitter gourd and pinch of turmeric powder boil it for
about 15 minutes in medium flame.
Step 3: Take another
pan pour water and add soaked Bengal gram boil it for about 10 minutes in
normal heat or till it become smooth.
Step 4: Take a mixer
add tamarind pulp, coconut pieces and green chilli grind it well prepare to
paste.
Step 5: Take a pan pour oil; add cumin, mustard,
black gram, asafoetida, curry leaves and dry chilli fry it 2 minutes in medium
flame.
Step 6: Now add
boiled bitter gourd, Bengal gram and salt as per taste mix well and fry it 5
minutes till it become soft.
Step 7: Add prepared
paste and red chilli powder sauté it 5 minutes.
Step 8: Finally add chopped
coriander cook it for another 5 minutes after that switch off the flame.
Step 9: Transfer it
in a bowl and serve this healthy food recipe along with cooked rice.
