Procedure to Prepare Sprouted Green
Gram with Mint Curry:
Step 1: Firstly clean the mint and chop the
lady finger/okra in medium size set aside.
Step 2: Wash and soak the green gram in
water and drain the water completely.
Step 3: Hang the soaked green gram in a
moist cloth far another 10 hours in a warm place when you open the bundle you
will see all the green grams are sprouted well after that keep aside.
Step 4: Take a vessel pour oil; add chopped
lady finger fry it for 15 minutes and transfer it into a bowl then set aside.
Step 5: In the same pan add mustard, cumin,
few curry leaves, green chilli and dry chilli fry it 1 minute then add grated
mint and required quantity of salt close with a lid cook covered on medium heat.
Step 6: Add grated coconut fry it 5 minutes
and add fried lady finger and spouted green grams mix well cook it for 5
minutes when it is done switch off the flame.
Step 7: Serve this recipe along with rice or
as a side dish.
