Way to Prepare Egg Pickle Food Recipe:

Egg Pickle Food Recipe IngredientsStep 1: Take a vessel pour water and drop the eggs into the water and boil it for about 20 minutes then turn off the heat.

Step 2: When the eggs becomes warm or cool down crack the shell and discard then chop the eggs into medium size and separate the egg yellow and set aside.

Egg Pickle Food RecipeStep 3: Take a medium size vessel pour oil and add chopped egg pieces and add pinch of turmeric powder stir it well and fry till it turns golden brown

Step 4: In the same vessel add ginger garlic paste mix well and fry it in medium flame till the raw aroma goes off.

Step 5 : Now add red chili powder, garam masala powder, garlic pods and required amount of salt as per taste mix them very well together and fry it for 5 minutes in medium heat then turn off the heat now add mustard seeds powder and fenugreek seeds powder mix them very well and allow it to cool down completely.

Step 6: Finally add lemon juice mix well transfer the prepared egg pickle to the sterilized glass jar close it with lid and we can preserve it for one month without spoiling the taste of this recipe.
