Procedure to Prepare Cabbage Curry Recipe:

Step 1: Firstly wash and chop the onion and green chilli into medium size and set aside in a plate and remove the top thin layers from the cabbage and cut them into half and chop it very well and set aside.

Step 2: Take a vessel pour oil add chopped onions and green chilli pieces mix it very well and fry it well in medium flame till it gets golden brown color.

Cabbage Curry Recipe IngredientsStep 3: Now add grated cabbage, add coriander powder and add required amount of salt to taste and close the vessel with lid and cook it for about 10 minutes.

Step 4: Once the cabbage is cooked then add red chili powder and add garam masala mix well everything together and fry it for 1 minute add them some water and mix well cover the vessel with lid and cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes.
