Procedure to Prepare Drum Sticks
Pickle Food Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly
remove the peel from the drum stick pieces and wash them well and wipe the
pieces with kitchen towel and set aside.
Step 2: Heat a pan and
dry fry the mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds fry it for few seconds till the
raw aroma goes off then switch off the flame and transfer the fried mustard and
fenugreek seeds into a plate and allow it to cool.
Step 3: Once it
become cool then pound the fried mustard and fenugreek seeds well and make a
fine powder then transfer the prepared powder into a dry bowl and set aside
Step 4: In the same
pan pour oil and add chopped drum stick pieces and fry it for 5 minutes in
medium heat till the drum sticks is completely cooked then switch off the flame
and remove the fried drumstick pieces into a dry bowl and cool down keep aside.
Step 5: Take a large
bowl and add fried drumstick pieces, garlic pods and add prepared mustard and
fenugreek seeds powder, red chilli powder and add required amount of salt and
add lemon juice mix them well then pour some lukewarm oil to the mixture mix
them very well together.
Step 6: Transfer the
mixture to a glass jar cover it with lid and keep it aside for 3 days see and
check taste and drumstick pickle is ready to taste.
Step 7: Try and
serve this recipe and enjoy the taste of this drumstick pickle recipe along
with hot steamed rice.
